Digital Wizards Media provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

Paid advertising via Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads
Landing page development and optimization
CRM integrations and analytics reporting
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Indian law to use our services.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Use our leads and data strictly for lawful business purposes
Not resell or share the leads without permission
Comply with all applicable laws and platform-specific advertising policies (e.g., Meta Ads Policy, Google Ads Policy)
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in INR and are due as per the invoice terms.
Services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.
We do not offer refunds once a campaign has started or data has been shared.
In the event of non-payment, services may be paused or terminated.
5. Lead Guarantee and Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality leads but do not guarantee:
Conversion or sales from leads provided
Exclusivity of leads unless explicitly agreed in writing
We are not liable for:
Business decisions made based on leads or reports
Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., platform outages)
6. Intellectual Property
All content, creatives, strategies, and campaign assets developed by Digital Wizards Media remain our intellectual property unless transferred in writing.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any proprietary material without permission.
7. Data Usage and Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection, processing, and communication for lead generation and marketing.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services without notice if:
You violate these terms
Misuse our services or data
Cause reputational or financial harm to our company
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice and settlement of pending dues.
9. Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
